InterContinental Hotel

$4.5 million was raised from 9 EB-5 investors to help fund the development and construction of a 21-story, 353-room InterContinental Hotel located near the Houston Medical Center with 11,800 square feet of meeting space, a 7,800-square-foot ballroom. Project was substantially completed in late 2018 with sufficient job creation to support I-829 filing of all 9 EB-5 investors.  

Anderson Towne Crossing

Anderson Towne Crossing is a 104-acre master-planned development in Mt. PleasSnt Texas which includes 25 acres single-family home and townhome lots, 166,500 square feet of restaurant and retail, up to 3 hotels, 900 multifamily units, and community spaces including a marine. Total development cost of this project is $283.4 million, of which up to $118.4 million will be financed from EB-5 capital.

Texas Crown Regional Center (“Texas Crown”) has been designated by USCIS since May 2016 as a qualifying economic entity approved to participate in EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Texas Crown is managed by a highly seasoned team of professionals with over 12 years of established track record of successfully managing, administering and monitoring numerous EB-5 projects. The management team of Texas Crown have been involved in excess of $500 million of EB-5 capital transactions across numerous projects involving mixed-use residential and commercial developments, master planned communities, full and limited-service hotels, and single/multi family home residential developments.   The management team has achieved more than 1,000 I-526 petition approvals, hundreds of I829 petition approvals, and has successfully caused the NCEs it manages to repay over $100 million of capital back to EB-5 investors.  Our management team will apply its in-dept EB-5 experience in sponsoring new projects and EB-5 investors through Texas Crown and new commercial enterprises.
